Refund policy
Before returning an item from Fatima Ashar, we humbly ask that you familiarise yourself with our manufacturing process. Each product is one-of-a-kind and may vary marginally from the others due to the fact that they are all handcrafted by expert artisans in Pakistan. As a result, some colours in our products may exhibit minor variations. Furthermore, natural stones and pearls are never identical. Before being shipped, every item undergoes rigors quality control.
Due to the fact that Fatima Ashar maintains the utmost standards of cleanliness, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We will only accept returns and exchanges if your order was damaged during shipment or if you received the wrong item. If either of these conditions apply to your order, you may return the items in their original condition (unworn, in their original packaging, with all identifiers intact and unaltered).
Damaged or worn items that are returned will not be authorised and will be sent back to the consumer.
Before initiating the return process for your damaged or incorrect product, we require a photograph of the item. Our Fatima Ashar QC team will examine the image and determine if the product is returnable.
After receiving your email, once our Quality Control team has approved the return, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect product.
As soon as we receive the faulty or incorrect product, we will ship you a replacement.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipments that are lost or damaged during the return process. In addition, returns that have not been authorised in advance will not be accepted.

Returns Method
Please send us an email at ashar.fatima@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order.Before initiating the return process for your damaged or incorrect product, we require a photograph of the item. Our Fatima Ashar QC team will examine the image and determine if the product is returnable.

Under the following conditions, no refunds will be issued:
- If the specified delivery address is incorrect or out of date.
- If the address format, including any type of PO Box, is incorrect.
- Our courier made three unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- If the recipient refuses delivery.
- For measurement concerns. Before making a purchase, we recommend that consumers thoroughly review our measurement guides.
- When returned items exhibit traces of use or damage.
- For modest colour and design variations. Due to the use of natural stones, all of our products are handcrafted and may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website.
- If the equipment is not defective or damaged.
- At this time, we are unable to offer free returns; the consumer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
